Parti Architecture was founded in 2017 in Chania – Crete, by a team of young architects, engineers and interior designers. The diversity of our team is our dynamic; it allows us to approach each project from multiple angles and different perspectives.

Α Parti (or Parti pris) is the departure point of an architectural idea. It refers to the project’s central thread or concept which can be expressed in various ways.

Architectural Synthesis

We start each project with a blank sheet of paper. The information drawn from the meetings with our clients is composed into an architectural whole with classic and contemporary design features. The process includes a preparatory study with sketches and blueprints, photorealistic 3D renderings and an application study along with a financial data collection.

Licensing

Together with our established network of specialists and being fully aware of the applicable law, we provide all the licensing process paperwork required.

Project Supervision

We offer complete in-site work supervision for any architectural synthesis we have developed. After all, supervision of the construction progress leads to quality and aesthetical pleasing results.

Together with our established network of specialists, we always manage to deliver turnkey solutions.

Interior Design - Decoration

We offer complete interior design services for any type of property. Lighting, colors, materials, objects and furniture are designed and composed in a way to deliver an interior decoration concept.

Renovation

In Parti architecture, we always manage to deliver complete renovation solutions. This includes the following activities: Architectural Design composition, licensing process, interior design and decoration study, delivery of the project.

Landscaping

Together with our established network of specialist design partners, we always deliver fully integrated landscaping solutions. This process includes designing the outdoor lounge area, the garden and pool area, the lighting etc.

Architectural Rendering

We will guide you through the different angles of your new space area using high quality architectural 3D visualizations. This way allows you to know what the final result will be and save money though all the construction stages.

Furniture Design

Together with our established network of specialists, we manage to produce unique furniture designs on materials such as wood, metal, glass etc. This way allows us to create a very personalized space area for you, providing options not commercially available.

Lighting Design

Through our established network of suppliers and specialists, we manage to deliver an overall design of lighting concepts, simulating three-dimensional (3D) lighting visualizations and specific features lighting panels, based on each project’s requirements.

Business plan

In Parti we believe that the strategic development of a successful business plan requires the establishment of a trustworthy partner network. For this reason, we have built a strong relationship with our financial, real estate and tourism specialists that can provide you with an integrated professional business analysis of your investment, with right directions and feasible performance indicators.

Property Legalization

We responsibly arrange the legalization of your property process, being fully aware of the applicable law. Additionally, we offer a preliminary fine study that provides an approximate cost of the process.

Nikos grew up in Piraeus and studied Architecture at the Technical University of Crete. He worked as an architectural engineer for a construction/architecture company in Rethimno, during 2014 – 2017, where he successfully supervised various projects throughout all their researching and constructing phases. He co- founded Parti Architecture in 2017.

Stathis grew up in Athens and studied Architecture at the Technical University of Crete. He worked as an Architectural Engineer associate in Heraklion, Crete, during 2015 – 2017, where he successfully delivered various projects mainly for East Crete. He co- founded Parti Architecture in 2017.

Roxane grew up in Heraklion, Crete. She studied Architecture at the Technical University of Crete and Interior Architecture, Decorative Arts and Design at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens. She worked as an Architectural Engineer Associate in Rethimno, Crete, during 2015 – 2017, where she successfully delivered various construction and decoration projects. She co- founded Parti Architecture in 2017.

Marinela grew up in Athens and studied Architecture at the Technical University of Crete. After graduating, she worked as a contractor in various research programs for Crete, Athens and Thessaloniki. She co- founded Parti Architecture in 2017.
